You can now onboard customers located in crown dependencies

What’s changed?

You can now onboard your customers located in crown dependencies including Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man via Verify and Reliance onboarding.

With Reliance onboarding, we will now support LTD companies, sole traders and individuals from crown dependencies.

With Verify, we will now support the onboarding of sole traders and individuals from crown dependencies.

Why have we done it?

This change will allow more of your customers to be able to access our bank accounts.

How will this affect existing integrations?

This won’t affect your existing integrations. However, if you do want to onboard your customers located in crown dependencies using Verify, you may need to update your integration to stop excluding individuals and sole traders.
