Withdrawal schedule for savings accounts

What’s changed?

Our withdrawal schedule for savings is:

All times are UK time (GMT / BST).

We pay interest on balances as of 5pm UK time. When your customer submits a withdrawal request between 12pm-5pm, those funds will continue to earn interest until they are paid out the following working day.

How will this affect existing integrations?

Payment submissions will now return a scheduled status when you submit a payment from an easy access savings account or bare trust savings account, and will include ascheduled-at timestamp which will tell you when the payment will be sent to the payee.

You can either poll the payment submissions endpoint or listen to our existing submission webhook events for payment submission status updates, which will tell you when the payment has been sent and the outcome of the payment.
