Savings account payout time shifting to 4pm UK time

From Monday 9 February 2026, withdrawal payments will be sent from 4:00pm (UK) instead of from 5:00pm (UK).

What's changing

The time window when we send withdrawal payments is moving forward by one hour. This means your customers will receive their funds faster.

New withdrawal schedule:

• Withdrawal requests made before 12:00pm on a working day → paid out from 4:00pm the same day

• Withdrawal requests made after 12:00pm on a working day → paid out from 4:00pm the next working day

• Withdrawal requests made on weekends and public holidays → paid out from 4:00pm the next working day

What you need to do

If you display withdrawal payout times anywhere in your product or communications, you'll need to update them to reflect the new 4:00pm payout time. This includes:

• Your app or website

• FAQs and help documentation

• Customer communications
