Primary domain moving to .com

We’re making .com our primary domain (previously .sh). We wanted to give you a few updates and tell you about the actions you’ll need to take.

 Our app is now live on app.griffin.com and the API is live on api.griffin.com

Starting from Monday 15th May 2023, we'll be automatically redirecting app visits from app.griffin.sh to app.griffin.com. Don’t worry though, this change won't affect your account, login details, or any of our product features. See below for more info.

 Log in with your existing details

You can use the same email and password to log in, and your account information will stay the same.

  Update your autofill details

Your password manager won't autofill your previous login details for app.griffin.com. If you want to enable autofill, you can either manually change your login details from .sh to .com, or, save the .com login separately on your password manager.

 API requests to .sh will work until at least 7th August 2023

We will serve the API on both .sh and .com from now until at least the 7th August 2023. After that we will only serve the API on .com. We’ll remind you about moving over closer to the deadline, but hopefully we’ll see you on .com before then

 Communications from Griffin could come from .sh or .com

We’re still in the process of migrating fully to .com, so you will receive emails from @griffin.sh and @griffin.com. They’re both safe to open
