You can now onboard individuals resident in the following countries and regions outside of the UK:

 European Union

 United Arab Emirates

 Hong Kong

 Australia

 Singapore

 United States of America

 Malaysia

Which account types does this onboarding apply to?

This applies to all of our platform accounts: safeguarding, client money, embedded savings and embedded bank accounts. Though your specific use case might drive different requirements.

Does this work in the sandbox?

Yes. This is available to all sandbox users.

How will this affect existing integrations?

This has no impact on existing integrations. If you’d like to onboard individuals resident outside the UK, then you might want to make changes in your app flow.
