Extension: additional customer data requirements now due 02 March 2026
We're extending the deadline for submitting additional customer information from 01 February 2026 to 02 March 2026.
What you should do now
Continue collecting information from your customers. If you've already started gathering the additional data from your customers, keep going. If you haven't started yet, now's the time.
Wait until 24 February 2026 before sending us updates on your existing customers. We're making backend improvements to ensure a smoother experience when you start submitting additional data for existing customers.
Plan your workflow migration for future customer onboarding. Check out our migration guide to get ready for the transition to a new onboarding workflow for your future customers.
Start testing the new onboarding workflow in Sandbox so you’re ready to use them in production from 24 February 2026 and before 02 March 2026.
Updated timeline
Now: continue collecting additional information from your customers and test your integration in the sandbox.
24 February 2026: you can provide us with additional information for your existing customers. We will also provide the new onboarding workflow so you can migrate.
02 March 2026: deadline for sending us additional information for existing customers and switching to the new onboarding workflow for future customers.
This deadline extension gives you more time to collect the required information and switch to our new onboarding workflow. The requirements themselves haven't changed.
