Introducing embedded savings accounts

What’s new?

We've introduced Easy Access Savings Accounts on our platform! You can embed these accounts into your product and offer them to customers.

With our savings accounts:

• You can open individual savings accounts for your customers.

• Your customers can access their funds at any time.

• Give your customers peace of mind with deposits covered by the FSCS.

How can I open a savings account in the sandbox?

Navigate to the Customers section and then head to the Savings space in our sandbox to open your first savings account, or learn how to open an account using our API here.

At the moment you can:

• Open a savings account

• Close a savings account

• Make payments to and from a savings account

You’ll soon be able to earn interest on your deposits as well.

Why have we done it?

Our savings account will allow you to expand your product range, enhancing your competitiveness and potentially increasing revenue streams.

How will this affect existing integrations?

This won’t affect any account opening integrations - the process remains the same.

The account closing integration has now changed. Learn how to close a bank account here.
