Changes to ID&V requests: link now available in API and app
What’s changed?
We're making changes to the way your customers will receive requests to submit a selfie and identity document for identity verification (ID&V) checks. We're now exposing the request link in our API and app.
Within our API, you can get the link for each legal person in the onboarding application from the /verifications/<:verification-id>/resources
response after a verification request has been submitted.
Within our app, you can get the link from the ‘Applications’ section located under ‘Customers’ by clicking on the individual you are onboarding.
Why have we done it?
We've done this so you can control how your customers receive this link.
How will this affect existing integrations?
You will have to amend your integration to get the ID&V request link and then manage the process of passing this onto your customers. ID&V requests via email will continue to be sent to your customers until 1 November. If you complete your integration prior to this date, let us know.
