Automated risk assessments for landlords and letting agents are now available

What’s changed?

We now have onboarding workflows (featuring built-in automated risk assessments) via Verify tailored to the property sector.

We have new onboarding workflows for:

Landlords - we support the onboarding of individuals and UK limited companies
Letting agents - we support the onboarding of sole traders and UK limited companies

These new workflows:

Collect key information on landlords that are individuals or limited companies
Collect key information on letting agents that are sole traders or limited companies
Run verification checks including ID&V
Score data collected to produce a detailed risk assessment and overall risk rating

Why have we done it?

We have tailored these workflows specifically for the property sector to streamline the onboarding of letting agents and landlords in gaining access to our products.

These workflows feature a fully integrated and comprehensive risk assessment. You can now onboard landlords or letting agents in a matter of minutes, while feeling confident that all key information has been verified and a robust risk assessment has been carried out.
A gateway to our banking products. Once onboarded, your customers will be automatically eligible for dedicated or pooled client money accounts.
Automation guided by human expertise. These workflows provide an overall risk rating for any new landlord or letting agent you onboard. But it also gives you access to all check results in plain language.

How will this affect existing integrations?

All our property specific workflows are available to customers that need to onboard landlords and letting agents and will be provisioned in your sandbox.
